Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:
- "Platform" means the 9kboss online casino and sports betting website accessible at 9kboss.biz, including all subpages, services, games, and features available therein.
- "Member" or "You" means any individual who has registered a 9kboss account or who accesses any part of the Platform.
- "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Member upon completing the 9kboss registration process.
- "Balance" means the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) funds held within a Member's Account, comprising deposited funds and any eligible bonus credit.
- "Real Money Balance" means the portion of a Member's Balance consisting of deposited BDT funds, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet credit, or matched deposit credit awarded to a Member subject to wagering and redemption conditions.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Member must bet before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
- "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency of account on the 9kboss Platform.
- "Game Rules" means the individual rules applicable to each casino game, sports betting market, or other wagering product available on the Platform.
- "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account on 9kboss, depositing funds, placing any wager, or otherwise using any service provided by the Platform, you confirm that:

Eligibility & Registration
To register and use the 9kboss Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
- You must not already hold an existing 9kboss Account. Only one account per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method is permitted.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of 9kboss or any of its affiliated game providers.
Verification
9kboss may require you to submit identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence; proof of residential address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months; and proof of the payment method used to deposit funds. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or closure of your Account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
9kboss applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in line with responsible gaming and fraud prevention best practices. By registering an account, you consent to these procedures and agree to cooperate fully with any verification request.
Account Management
Single Account Policy
Each Member is permitted to hold only one registered Account with 9kboss at any time. If 9kboss identifies that a Member holds or has held multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — 9kboss reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated wagers, and confiscate any balances held in those accounts. This policy applies regardless of whether the duplicate accounts were created intentionally or inadvertently.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any other person. Any activity carried out through your Account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 9kboss support immediately via live chat. 9kboss will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
Account Closure by Member
You may request closure of your 9kboss Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
Inactive Accounts
An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 9kboss reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts after this period, following written notification to the Member's registered email address. The fee will not reduce the Account balance below zero. Members may reactivate their Account at any time by logging in and contacting support.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals on 9kboss are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 9kboss does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the Member's own name.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your Account within seconds of confirmation. Deposits via card payment may take up to fifteen (15) minutes to appear in your Account balance. 9kboss does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 9kboss accepts no liability.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. For fully verified accounts, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes. Withdrawals to bank-linked methods or cards may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
9kboss reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the Member's Account has passed all required KYC checks. Members must ensure their Account details are accurate; 9kboss accepts no liability for funds transferred to an incorrect account number provided by the Member.
Refused or Reversed Transactions
9kboss reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, 9kboss will notify the Member and may request additional documentation before releasing any funds.
Bonuses & Promotions
From time to time, 9kboss offers promotional bonuses, matched deposit offers, free bet credits, and other incentives to eligible Members. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
Wagering Requirements
All Bonus Funds awarded to a Member are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as Real Money. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible games only; certain game categories — including live dealer games, sports betting markets, and crash games — may contribute at a reduced rate or be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations.
Bonus Expiry
Bonus Funds that are not utilised or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated expiry period will be automatically forfeited without notice. The expiry period for each promotion is stated in its individual terms and begins from the moment the Bonus Funds are credited to your Account.
Abuse of Promotions
9kboss reserves the right to withhold, void, or recover Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds where it identifies or reasonably suspects that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using automated software or bots to place wagering requirement bets; deliberately placing low-risk or hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk; or colluding with other Members to exploit promotional structures.
Each promotion is available to one individual per household, per device, and per IP address. Promotions are available to residents of Bangladesh only unless otherwise stated.
Gambling Rules
All games and betting markets available on 9kboss are governed by the specific Game Rules applicable to each product. These rules are accessible within each game lobby and betting interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable Game Rules.
Finality of Results
The outcome of all games and settled betting markets is final once confirmed by the Platform. Results generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems from third-party providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and Microgaming — are final and binding. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on 9kboss servers, the server record shall prevail.
Malfunction Policy
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round or bet settlement, 9kboss reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Member's Account balance. No additional compensation will be paid in connection with a technical malfunction. Wagers placed during a known or ongoing technical fault may be voided at 9kboss's discretion.
Bet Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within each product interface. 9kboss reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified, without prior notice.
Responsible Gaming

- Session Time Reminders: Members may configure time reminders that notify them of how long they have been active in a session.
- Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between one (1) month and five (5) years. - Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications reminding Members of the elapsed time and net wagering activity during the current session.

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9kboss Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their Balance confiscated, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
- Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members or associates.
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, tax evasion, or the financing of any illegal activity.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or exploit any aspect of the Platform's software, game content, or data feeds.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit game mechanics.
- Colluding with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing errors in the sportsbook to place bets that 9kboss would not have offered under normal circumstances.
- Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match-fixing, or other corrupt activity in connection with any game or sports event offered on the Platform.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 9kboss staff or other Members via any communication channel.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 9kboss Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, data compilations, trademarks, and trade names — is the property of 9kboss or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit Members to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 9kboss.
Game content, including the visual design, audio, and mechanics of games provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other third-party providers, remains the exclusive intellectual property of those respective providers. All rights are reserved.
Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits 9kboss's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Suspension & Termination
9kboss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's Account at any time and without prior notice where:
- The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- 9kboss has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity connected to the Account.
- The Member fails to cooperate with a KYC verification request within a reasonable timeframe.
- 9kboss is required to do so by law, regulation, or the direction of a competent authority.
- The Member's Account shows patterns of activity consistent with match-fixing, collusion, or systematic exploitation of Platform features.
Where an Account is closed by 9kboss due to a breach of these terms, any Balance held in the Account — including both Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds — may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the Real Money Balance will be returned to the Member. Where a material breach is confirmed, 9kboss reserves the right to permanently withhold the Balance and take further legal action where appropriate.
Disputes & Complaints
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 9kboss Platform — including a game result, a payment transaction, a bonus award, or an Account action — you should contact the 9kboss support team in the first instance via live chat, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please provide full details of your complaint, including relevant dates, amounts, game names, and transaction references where applicable.
9kboss aims to acknowledge all complaints within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt and to provide a full resolution within five (5) business days. Complex disputes involving financial transactions or game results from third-party providers may take up to fourteen (14) business days to resolve fully.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the Member may escalate the matter in writing to the 9kboss compliance team via the email address provided in the Contact & Info section of the Platform. All escalated disputes will be reviewed by a senior member of the compliance team not involved in the original decision.
All disputes must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the complaint. 9kboss will not consider complaints submitted outside this window except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.
Amendments to These Terms
9kboss reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 9kboss will notify registered Members by posting a notice on the Platform homepage and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the Member's registered email address.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page and in the table of contents sidebar. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 9kboss is incorporated and operates. By using the Platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms.
Nothing in this clause limits 9kboss's right to seek urgent or interim injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
